1. Services

Palmerston Moving provides residential and commercial moving, delivery, storage, and packing services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided are based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual volume and weight of items
• Access conditions at origin and destination
• Additional services requested
• Travel distance and time

3. Insurance & Liability

Basic cargo insurance is included with all moves. Additional coverage options are available upon request. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled move date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials and flammables
• Perishable food items
• Plants
• Pets
• Personal documents and valuables (recommended to transport personally)
